LISMORE DIOCESAN NETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2022 – 8TH SEPTEMBER PORT MACQUARIE
The Lismore Diocesan Netball Championships were held in Port Macquarie on Thursday 8th September 2022. The day was played in perfect conditions at Macquarie Park Netball Courts.
Congratulaions to the Lismore convener, Erin Denham from MacKillop College, Port Macquarie who organised a great day at our Lismore Diocesan netball Championships held on Thursday 8th September in Port Macquarie. It is great to provide interschool sport once again this year after the last two challenging years with COVID and even this year with flooding and wet weather.
Well done to all teams who participated this year at Port Macquarie. Thank you to all who contributed to making the day very successful.
Congratulations to the winning teams in the junior, intermediate and seniors.

Thank you to all of the schools that participated in our Diocesan Netball Championships today. There was a great sense of comradery amongst the teams and it was great to see multiple schools represented in the Finals.

I would like to sincerely thank Noel, Gretel, Michelle, Maureen & Leanne who assisted with the Umpires and at Tournament Control. To our First Aid Officer Doug, he did a great job. To Maxine, Sheryl and Steve for making sure we were well fed and to the HVNA team for providing a great facility to host.
Finally, please pass on my thanks to your Coaches, Students and Umpires – they were fantastic today. It was a pleasure to host everyone.
